Tropical Pink Springtail Culture (Coecobrya sp.)
Tropical Pink Springtails (Coecobrya sp. "Tropical Pink") are one of the most popular and easy to culture springtail species available. Their subtle pink coloration sets them apart from standard white springtails and makes them a favorite among bioactive hobbyists and dart frog keepers.
These springtails are excellent decomposers that consume mold, decaying organic matter, and waste in your enclosure. They thrive in warm humid environments and reproduce quickly once established making them an ideal clean up crew for tropical vivariums, bioactive terrariums, and dart frog setups.
Each culture ships in a 16oz container on calcium clay substrate with springtails in multiple life stages. Cultures are established and actively reproducing at the time of shipment.
