TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order through creaturecache.com you agree to the following terms.

LIVE ANIMALS

All products sold by Creature Cache are live animals. By purchasing you acknowledge that you understand the care requirements of the species you are ordering and accept full responsibility for their care upon delivery. We are not responsible for the health or survival of animals after a successful live delivery has been confirmed.

ORDERING

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you and issue a full refund. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING

We ship live animals Monday through Wednesday only via FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight to the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Packages left unattended are not covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee. By placing an order you confirm that you are aware of and accept our shipping policy.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Our Live Arrival Guarantee is outlined in full in our Refund Policy. By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of that policy including the 1 hour reporting window, photo or video documentation requirement, and temperature conditions.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order through creaturecache.com. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

It is your responsibility to verify that the species you are ordering are legal to own and import in your state, county, or municipality. Creature Cache is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the purchase or possession of live animals in your area.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our animals. However natural variation exists in all living organisms. Minor differences in color, pattern, or size from photos or descriptions are normal and do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on creaturecache.com including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of Creature Cache. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Creature Cache is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
