Bought a terrarium and some white duckies from these guys at a show and I have to say this business has a great team! They’re super responsive to any questions and concerns and have been nothing but helpful to me. Plus the quality of their terrariums and care for their animals is great!
The seller was very responsive, generously accommodated for a mistake I made when ordering and shipped very promptly. The pods arrived looking stellar: packed very securely, very active, and an assortment of ages/sizes but none very small. After a few hours they all settled in to forage and “chill”. I couldn’t be more pleased!
Fast shipping & legitimate cherry blossoms! Also, the seller has great communication skills. 10/10 - highly recommended! Will be purchasing from again.
Great experience. Animals arrived on time in good health. Seller was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Will be buying from Creature Cache again!

These little guys arrived safely in their clay substrate. The team was even kind enough to include extra springtails in the culture! I mean it was absolutely crawling (pun intended) with the tiny critters. They didn't have to do that, but their token of kindness and generosity was very much appreciated. Definitely a repeat customer now!
The first batch I got was such a resounding success I almost immediately bought another. Again, all critters arrived safely and peacefully crawling around in their temporary habitat. A+++ supplier!
Lightning fast shipping with attentive and communicative customer service focused on the safety of your new little friends. A pleasure to do business with!
