SHIPPING POLICY

We ship live animals Monday through Wednesday only to the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

FedEx 2-Day: $28 flat rate. Available for Common types of isopods

FedEx Overnight: $49 flat rate. Required for all premium species including.

Free Shipping: On orders of $200 or more for common species. On orders of $400 or more for exotic species.

All orders are packed in insulated boxes with seasonal heat or cold packs, damp sphagnum moss, substrate, and leaf litter. We include an overcount on every order to cover any potential losses during transit.

Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies to all FedEx shipments when temperatures at both origin and destination are between 45°F and 85°F. In the event of a DOA, contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photo or video proof at creaturecacheexotics@gmail.com.

For extreme temperatures we recommend selecting FedEx Hold at Location for pickup at your nearest FedEx hub.
